Available at our location House of Sher , 201 Wallace Street, Glasgow G5 8NT 10:00 to 18:00 BST Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 BST.
Orders are typically ready for pick up four hours after the order is placed, during store hours. We will contact you via email or phone once your order is ready to be picked up. We're happy to offer Buy Online, Pick up In-store as a complimentary service. More details: here

Standard Shipping Delivery Time: 3-5 Working Days
Next Day Delivery Time: Next working day. You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1:00 PM BST the latest, after 1 PM the item will be shipped on the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase, normally 2-3 working days.

Customers must allow up to 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

UK Shipping Restrictions
Please note that items not available for delivery can be picked up in-store.

  1. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
  2. All lighting items are not available for Next Day Delivery
  3. All big Furniture items are not available for Next Day Delivery
  4. Delivery times are for UK Mainland Customers only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, general UK Islands where delivery times may increase, typically by 1 working day.

UK Backorders & Pre-orders Shipping

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges. Pre-orders will ship after the specified date on the item.

Lost Shipments

If a parcel is lost please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform the courier of the missing parcel.

You've shipped my order but it hasn't arrived!

If you have received an email from us telling you we have sent your item, any subsequently failed deliveries are sadly not our fault, but we will work actively to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly for you. We appreciate your frustration in these scenarios but kindly ask for your patience and cooperation while we fix the situation. Please contact us with your order ID and we'll look into this for you.

International Shipping

Europe: Items to European addresses take on average 5-20 working days depending on your location. Please reach out to us in advance for a cost & delivery estimation.
